Is it the same as Pei Wei? I love Pei Wei. I'm quite sure I'd love P.F. Chang's too.

Danny,

P.F. Chang's is quite different from Pei Wei's in many ways. Menus, cloth napkins, not "fast food"...that sort of thing. P.F.'s is so so so good...you really need to try it out.

Check it out:

I love P.F.'s so much more than pei wei and can't wait til the day when I can afford it!

That Mongolian Beef is TO DIE FOR!

Their lettuce wraps are PHENOMENAL too....we went for the 1st time and our server "bought" those for us. YUM

We had : lettuce wraps (free), dumplings (fried), and Spring rolls (YUMMMMMMMY!) Mongolian beef, chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice.

Mongolian Beef RULES.

Danny,
Pei Wei is the same company as PF Chang's the food is basically the same.....but it's atmosphere you pay for at Chang's :)

OK - did a survey of Pei Wei's Mongolian Beef. Mushrooms don't do much for me - so the addition of white mushrooms at Pei Wei was not significant. Other than that, the dishes at the 2 restaurants are very similar. P.F. Chang's seems to have more tender beef and the flavor has a bit more of a "zing" but Pei Wei's was still grand. I liked the scallions better at P.F.'s.

You guys are making me hungry!... and it's only 6:25 in the morning.

We went to Pei Wei last Sunday and were amazed at the Altamesa invasion. Never been to P.F. Chang, but just give me a few hours.

Alan,

You've got to hit P.F. Chang's since you can take in the whole downtown Fort Worth deal at the same time. It's a great combination!
